Moroccan businessman Jonathan Harroch appeared before the Ain Sebaa Court of First Instance in Casablanca on Wednesday over the alleged issuance of bounced checks, according to media reports.
One of Harroch’s business associates raised the cases against the CEO of the City Club gym franchise, accusing him of issuing checks without sufficient funds. He was transported from the local Ain Sebaa prison to face questioning regarding the allegations.
The case is the latest in a series of allegations raised against Harroch since October 2024, when he was accused of human trafficking, kidnapping, sex trafficking, harassment, and possession and use of drugs, according to security sources.
The investigative judge at the Casablanca Court of Appeals is conducting detailed interrogations with Harroch while he remains in custody.
