France’s President Emmanuel Macron commended on Monday the “unprecedented ambition” of the partnership established with Morocco, following his official state visit to the Kingdom in October.
Speaking at the Annual Conference of French Ambassadors, Macron highlighted the importance of this collaboration, stating, “One of the significant milestones of recent months was what we managed to build with Morocco’s King Mohammed VI during the state visit.”
Macron underscored the revival of Morocco-France relations as a decades-long partnership that “spans all domains and carries unprecedented ambition.”
Macron noted that “this partnership should serve as a pillar for a reimagined African strategy,” highlighting the importance of joint initiatives that France and Morocco can develop together in connection with the continent.
