Morocco’s air carrier, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced Thursday a new direct flight route between Rabat and Dakhla, starting January 15, 2025.
The airline will operate two weekly flights on Wednesdays and Fridays. Flights from Rabat will depart at 6:50 p.m. and arrive in Dakhla at 9:30 p.m. Return flights will leave Dakhla at 10:10 p.m. and land in Rabat at 12:25 a.m.
For economy class, round-trip fares are set at MAD 2,000 (approximately USD 200).
“This route will undoubtedly improve air connectivity for Dakhla and the southern provinces as a whole,” Hamid Addou, CEO of Royal Air Maroc said.
He reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to advancing Morocco’s economic and tourism growth through expanded routes and improved passenger services.
RAM already operates two daily flights between Casablanca and Dakhla, enhancing links between northern and southern cities.
