Starting on December 20, Morocco’s National Police (DGSN) will launch “E-Police,” a digital platform providing integrated online police services for citizens nationwide.
E-Police consolidates various administrative services into an interactive and user-friendly digital space, employing advanced technologies for quick responses, remote identity verification, and data security.
The platform represents a leap forward in Morocco’s push toward efficient e-governance.
The first service available on E-Police is the digitized criminal record certificate (Anthropometric data sheet).
Citizens can request this document online by verifying their identity through a secure system and paying the relevant fees digitally.
Notifications will inform users when the document is ready for collection at a nearby identification center of their choice, reducing processing times, Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP) reported.
Beyond the criminal record certificate, the platform also connects users to other services, including appointments for national ID cards and registration for police recruitment exams.
The initiative reflects the authorities’ commitment to modernizing public services and enhancing accessibility for all Moroccan citizens.
