The Criminal Chamber of the Casablanca Court of Appeal sentenced Abdellah Boudrika and a notary from Casablanca to six years in prison and a fine for forging official documents to seize a property.
Boudrika, the brother of former Raja Casablanca football club president Mohamed Boudrika, faced charges for falsifying administrative and commercial documents, including using fraudulent identity papers to claim ownership of a property in Tit Mellil, near Casablanca. The case came to light after a complaint was filed by the heir of the defrauded victim, whose identity was used to seize a parcel of land.
The older brother Mohamed Boudrika, a property developer and former head of Casablanca’s Mers Sultan district, was dismissed in May due to prolonged absences that disrupted essential services.
He is also under investigation in Germany for alleged embezzlement and forgery, amid ongoing legal proceedings. He previously held a position on the Moroccan Football Federation’s management committee and was a member of parliament.
