Three more men have accused American rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs of rape and sexual assault in a series of new lawsuits filed separately in New York Supreme Court on Thursday.
Two of the plaintiffs allege they went to one of Combs’ “freak off” parties, where he “personally offered” them spiked alcoholic drinks, which made them unconscious before he reportedly raped them.
Combs’ lawyer said the accusations are “full of lies,” asserting that his legal team “will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him,” he told the BBC.
The three lawsuits add to over 30 civil lawsuits against Combs, many of which involve allegations from plaintiffs who claimed they were subject to rape and assault when they were underage.
Thomas Giuffra, the lawyer representing the three plaintiffs in court, told the BBC that over 60 people contacted his office with allegations against Combs.
However, he chose to proceed with these three cases. The men have decided to remain anonymous, fearing Combs would use intimidation tactics to force them to withdraw their cases.
