The “First Regional Communication Days of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel” stopped off in Marrakech on Thursday for the second stage of this initiative after Casablanca.
The event, under the theme “The Communicative Approach: An Effective Choice for Improving Social Action,” runs over three days in Rabat for existing staff, retirees, and eligible dependents of the foundation. It aims to strengthen the foundation’s proximity and communication with its members to ensure better quality social services for the National Security family.
The foundation set up several stands within the Mohammed VI Administrative and Cultural Complex, dedicated to its partners, including real estate developers, banks, insurance companies, and telecom providers, to handle the members’ requests in real time. A pavilion was also created to present the foundation’s various social services.
Divisional Commissioner Khalid Zahi, Deputy Treasurer of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel, told Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP) “The days respond to the directives of the Head of National Police (DGSN) and the Territorial Surveillance Agency (DGST), who place great importance on improving the social conditions of the national security family.”
He further stated that these events aim to strengthen trust between the foundation and its members and establish direct communication with its partners, noting that this event also involves representatives from the foundation’s service departments in addition to the partners.
Police Commissioner Khalid El Oualid from the Marrakech Police Prefecture highlighted that these days aim to directly present to members the services provided by the foundation and all the partnerships established for their benefit.
The event also seeks to establish direct communication with the beneficiaries of the foundation’s services, interact with the needs of the national security family, and ensure their well-being, he added.
After the stages in Casablanca (December 6-8) and Marrakech (December 12-14), the first Regional Communication Days of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel will continue in Tangier (December 20-22) and Rabat (December 27-29), before expanding to the entire national territory.
Founded in 2010, the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel aims to improve the living conditions of the National Security family.
The foundation works actively to engage with the expectations and aspirations of its members while promoting the development of social work for national security employees and their families.
