Olympiacos forward Ayoub El Kaabi won the prestigious Best Foreign Player award on Monday at the 43rd Annual Greek Football Awards, hosted by the Panhellenic Association of Professional Football Players and Players (PSAPP), according to Greek media.
The Moroccan international player has had a key role in Olympiacos’ success. In addition to the Best Foreign Player honor, El Kaabi secured a spot in the Super League’s Best XI.
He shared the forward line with Fotis Ioannidis of Panathinaikos and Loren Morón of Aris.
The awards ceremony also recognized other notable figures, including Ioannidis, who was named Best Greek Player for the second consecutive season, and Razvan Lucescu of PAOK, who earned the Best Coach award.
Dominic Kotarski, also of PAOK, was named Best Goalkeeper, while the Best Young Player award went to Giannis Konstantelias of PAOK.
Meanwhile, Olympiacos received a special team award for its UEFA Conference League triumph.
