Jewelry exports increased by 133% in 2023 compared to 2022. Platforms such as Facebook featured over a million posts discussing jewelry, with more than 22,000 specifically highlighting Moroccan designs.
Customer reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with Moroccan jewels, of which 91% are positive. The design quality and delivery efficiency received frequent praise, with products averaging a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on online platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
The report leveraged cutting-edge digital monitoring tools, including Digimind, to assess posts from blogs, social media, and e-commerce platforms across target markets. Data gathered from this analysis allows Moroccan artisans to refine their marketing strategies and expand their global reach.
Between March 2023 and April 2024, analysts reviewed 1,500 social media posts and 520 consumer reviews to track trends and assess satisfaction.
