The Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Welfare of National Security Personnel (FMSN) launched the first Regional Communication Days on Friday in Casablanca to enhance direct communication between employees, retirees, and their beneficiaries, Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP) reported.
The event, running until Sunday, seeks to enhance direct communication with foundation members through an integrated approach that provides interactive presentations on the foundation’s partnerships and services.
“Communication Days” is a traveling initiative with planned visits to other cities across Morocco. The goal is to establish direct communication with service beneficiaries, listen to their needs, and respond to their expectations.
The foundation has set up various booths and spaces dedicated to its partners, including service providers in real estate, banking, insurance, and telecommunications. The initiative focuses on addressing urgent and specific cases in real time while overcoming barriers that may hinder members’ access to the foundation’s social benefits.
Speaking to the press, Senior Police Commissioner Mohamed Mechmachi, Deputy Secretary General of the foundation, highlighted the importance of these communication days.
“The initiative aligns with the directives of Morocco’s National Security (DGSN) and Territorial Surveillance Agency (DGST), emphasizing the improvement of social conditions for National Security personnel,” Mechmachi told MAP.
Mechmachi explained that the foundation has adopted a new communication strategy focused on proximity to its members. This participatory approach prioritizes their aspirations and integrates their suggestions, placing their needs at the core of the foundation’s social action.
In addition to its hosting in Casablanca, the communication days will be held in Marrakech (December 12–14), Tangier (December 20–22), and Rabat (December 27–29), before being rolled out nationwide.
