Hamid El Aouni was appointed Second Vice President of the International Amputee Football Federation (IAFF) on Saturday during a virtual conference, Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP) reported.
El Aouni, also president of the Royal Moroccan Federation for Sport for Persons with Disabilities, has extensive experience in sports administration. He previously served two terms as vice president of the African Paralympic Committee (2012-2017 and 2017-2021).
During the conference, Poland’s Mateusz Widłak took over as president of the new executive board for the 2025-2028 term, succeeding Türkiye’s Arif Ahmet Öztürk.
