Morocco’s national para-taekwondo team achieved remarkable success at the 2024 World Para-Taekwondo Championship held in Manama, Bahrain, on November 26–27, taking home a total of six medals in the poomsae category: four golds, one silver, and one bronze.
The four gold medals were won by Ayoub Khandouch in the B32 category, Bilal Khatabi in the B30 category, Aya Baali in the B33 category, and Bilal Salami, also in the B33 category.
The silver medal went to Anwar Salami in the B32 category, while Nadia Rabi’i secured the bronze medal in the B33 category.
The tournament brought together 140 athletes from 23 countries across various continents, highlighting the high level of competition.
