The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), in collaboration with sportswear brand PUMA and Morocco’s air carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM), released the new national team jerseys on Monday at the Rabat-Salé Airport, FRMF said in a press release.
Designed to celebrate national football while honoring Morocco’s diverse cultural heritage, the collection combines advanced technology with traditional craftsmanship, offering both comfort and high performance.
For the “Home” kit, PUMA based its design on geometric patterns resembling Zellige tiles, with the national flag’s five-pointed star at the center, symbolizing unity and continuity.
The “Away” kit features embroidery and symbols inspired by Amazigh culture. The red and green color scheme reflects the national flag, and the Tifinagh characters on the back of the shirt celebrate Morocco’s cultural legacy.
The new jerseys capture the spirit of Moroccan art, blending modern technology to ensure players optimal comfort and performance on the field.
The players of the Moroccan national team, the Atlas Lions, are expected to wear the new jerseys in their upcoming matches, including the Africa Cup of Nations (CAF) 2025 qualifiers and the tournament itself.
