Dakhla’s Communal Council President Erragheb Hormatallah and Bissau Mayor Jose Anastacio Medina Lobato signed an agreement on Monday in Dakhla to strengthen bilateral cooperation across multiple areas of shared interest, according to Morocco’s News Agency (MAP).
Under the agreement, the parties committed to enhancing cooperation and partnership relations in areas such as the economy, culture, and knowledge exchange.
