The Rome Gladiators team won the 2024 Team Champions League Grand Prix on Friday, as part of the final of the Longines Global Champions Tour show jumping competition, scheduled to conclude on Sunday in Rabat.
Featuring Italian Lorenzo De Luca, Canadian Kyle Timm, and Irishman Michael Duffy, the Rome Gladiators recorded a clean time of 161.46 seconds. They finished ahead of Stockholm Hearts, who finished in 155.81 seconds but were penalized 4 points. Shanghai Swans finished third, also with 4 penalties, with a time of 157.43 seconds.
This year’s Longines Global Champions Tour finale in Rabat is part of the Morocco-Qatar Cultural Year 2024, showcasing cultural events that celebrate the cultural richness of both nations.
