Habib El Malki, President of Morocco’s Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research, and Daniel Auverlot, President of France’s Council for School Evaluation signed an agreement on Monday in Rabat, to strengthen cooperation in education and training through the exchange of know-how and best practices.
El Malki stated that the agreement reflects the Council’s commitment to learning from partner countries, advancing educational studies, and contributing to building the “new Moroccan school.”
The agreement defines a framework for the exchange of scientific resources, including documents and data on educational program assessments. It also serves to facilitate joint studies and training activities, to enhance expertise in the evaluation of educational systems.
The deal also covers meetings between experts from both countries to review the latest developments in education and to establish effective channels of communication.
