The fourth France-Morocco Culinary Diplomacy Meeting celebrated the rich heritage of Morocco ‘s cultural traditions, on Saturday in Puteaux, located in the suburbs of Paris, Morocco’s News Agency (MAP) reported.
The exhibition allowed around 30 Moroccan exhibitors to showcase a variety of products, including food, cosmetics, aromatic and medicinal plants, essential oils, leather goods, and traditional clothing.
A vast selection of traditional Moroccan products were presented to visitors, with all proceeds going to charity.
“These meetings celebrate the wealth of our terroir, with its diverse range of products presented by some 30 exhibitors from Morocco,” President of the Culinary Diplomacy Meetings Association, Naima Sifer stated.
Amina Boutaleb, an exhibitor displaying artisanal products from Fes, stated her enthusiasm about the event, describing it as “a great opportunity” to introduce visitors to the abundant Moroccan craftsmanship and culinary heritage.
The program kicked off on Friday with a charity gala, featuring culinary shows, master classes by renowned chefs, workshops, and networking opportunities for industry professionals.
The event promoted a broader appreciation for Morocco’s diverse heritage and strengthened the historical and cultural ties between France and Morocco, MAP reported.
