Three people died on Thursday from asphyxiation inside a 25-meter-deep well in Karia Ba Mohamed, located in northern Morocco, according to local sources.
Two of the victims were brothers, one of whom was married and a father. The brothers were digging the well when they became asphyxiated, resulting in their immediate deaths.
The third person, from the Jebha area in northern Morocco, also died while attempting to rescue them.
The exact cause of the asphyxiation remains unknown. Some sources said that a specific substance used during the digging may have contributed to the incident.
