The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced on Monday that roadside assistance companies will transition to a fully digital system for renewing vehicle circulation documents starting October 25, 2024.
The new “Tele-services” platform will allow businesses to complete the renewal process electronically. The move looks to streamline administrative procedures and improve efficiency within the industry.
In a statement, the ministry noted that the shift to “Tele-services” responds to ongoing demands from transportation professionals. The feedback, gathered during sector-specific discussions, called for more simplified and digitized processes in road transport management.
The ministry encourages roadside assistance companies that wish to take advantage of the new service to reach out to the department’s external offices starting October 25 for additional information on how to use the system.
