The Moroccan Health Ministry held a meeting with labor union representatives on Thursday to discuss proposed reforms to the national healthcare system, according to an official statement.
The meeting marks the reopening of dialogue between the health ministry and labor unions, particularly focusing on human resources management.
During the session, the ministry shared data concerning healthcare professionals and outlined measures aimed at sustaining progress in handling key administrative matters.
The discussion also included presentations on the status of legal texts related to healthcare reforms and human resource management.
The ministry equally presented a roadmap for the reform process, which focuses on the importance of deepening dialogue and reinforcing a collaborative approach with various stakeholders, particularly the ministry’s social partners.
The meeting was chaired by the director of human resources and attended by the acting director of organization and litigation, the minister’s advisor. A representative from the planning and financial resources department also participated.
