The Ministries of Justice and Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation signed a framework agreement today in Sala Al-Jadida aiming to exchange knowledge and expertise to enhance human resource qualifications.
Signed by Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi and Higher Education Minister Abdellatif Miraoui, the agreement seeks to improve the skills of personnel within the Ministry of Justice by integrating innovative techniques and practices relevant to its operations.
In a joint statement, the two ministries explained that the agreement “reflects the desire of both parties to strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange for a constructive partnership between the two departments.”
The partnership will facilitate training opportunities, including university programs offering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, in compliance with current regulations.
The agreement outlines a cooperative framework that includes training for Ministry of Justice employees and specialized courses for staff from the Ministry of Higher Education. It also plans to implement joint activities and practical training in both central and decentralized services, as well as in courts for students.
Speaking on the sidelines of signing the agreement, Ouahbi stated that this agreement will open pathways for basic training provided by universities for Ministry of Justice personnel, including bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
“The two parties will actively work to implement the provisions of this framework agreement by mobilizing the necessary resources to realize this partnership based on their respective capacities,” he added.
Meanwhile, Miraoui said his ministry is ready to offer specific study and training programs in various fields and disciplines, including law, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and modern languages, for the personnel of the Ministry of Justice.
