SeaLead has launched its new Spain-Türkiye-Morocco (STM) service, strengthening its Mediterranean coverage, starting from September 13 and connecting key ports in Spain, Türkiye, and Morocco, to boost trade between Europe and Africa.
The STM service will operate weekly, with westbound rotations including Kumport, Diliskelesi, Aliaga, Barcelona, Valencia, Algeciras, and Casablanca.
Eastbound rotations will cover Tangier, Valencia, Barcelona, and Kumport. This connection enhances SeaLead’s regional presence, the company announced.
By expanding to Mediterranean ports, SeaLead aims to offer faster, more dependable shipping solutions. Their collaboration with Global Feeder Shipping (GFS) further expands their network, improving service efficiency and reliability.
Suleyman Avci, SeaLead’s Global CEO, highlighted that the STM service offers essential trade links between Mediterranean, European, and African markets. This move aligns with growing regional trade demands.
SeaLead’s Vice President, Cho Kit Wei, said that this new service ensures efficient transit times and broader connectivity for customers in the Mediterranean. It caters to increasing demands for smoother shipping to and from Spain and Morocco.
This expansion benefits trade flows between Southeast Asia, India, and the Mediterranean regions. SeaLead’s commitment to enhancing its global network is evident with this new service. It further connects Europe and Africa with markets in the Red Sea, Middle East, and Asia.
With this latest launch, SeaLead strengthens its role as a key player in global shipping, supporting growing demands in vital regions and enhancing connectivity. The STM service adds new dimensions to SeaLead’s growing trade routes.
In August of last year, COSCO SHIPPING Lines began the Turkey-Spain-Morocco Express service, connecting the Spanish ports of Barcelona and Valencia with the Moroccan port of Casablanca.
