Morocco’s U21 men’s handball team defeated Mali 47-13 on Tuesday in their second group match at the Africa U21 Handball Championship held in Mahdia and Ksour Essef, Tunisia.
The recent victory marks the second consecutive win for Morocco’s national team, following their 37-26 success against Guinea in the Group A opening matches.
Morocco will play Egypt in their final group-stage match on Wednesday.
In other group results, Egypt beat Guinea 56-28.
The four best-performing teams from the tournament will qualify for the U21 Men’s World Handball Championship, scheduled to take place in Poland in 2025.
