Young Moroccan judokas excelled at the 2024 African Judo Championship (cadets) held in Yaoundé, Cameroon, from August 15-18, securing a total of four medals.
Moroccan athletes secured gold, silver, and bronze medals, affirming Morocco’s strong position in African judo.
Amina El Allaoui Charifi (52 kg) and Yasmine Hariss (70 kg) won gold medals for Morocco. Ilyas Aijoui (60 kg) earned a silver medal, while Anis Aijoui (55 kg) took home a bronze.
The tournament brought together the top cadet talents from across the continent.
