British football club Manchester United officially announced the signing of Moroccan international player Noussair Mazraoui on Tuesday.
The defender joins the club from Bayern Munich on a contract that runs until June 2028, with an option for an additional year.
Mazraoui expressed his excitement about this new chapter in his career. “It’s an incredible feeling to be a Manchester United player,” he said, noting that he is joining the club “at an exciting time.”

The Moroccan player said he is looking forward to winning trophies along with his new teammates.
Dan Ashworth, Manchester United’s sporting director, highlighted Mazraoui’s talent. “Noussair is a dynamic and attacking defender who can play on both the right and left sides of the defense. His experience and versatility will be a valuable asset to our team,” Ashworth said.
The club also welcomed Mazraoui with a post on X, stating, “We are thrilled to have you, Noussair.”
The new recruit will wear the number three jersey for Manchester United.

According to Transfer Market website, the Bundesliga giants are expected to receive €15 million plus €5m in add-ons for the 26-year-old right-back.
