Amir Richardson, a midfielder for Morocco’s U23 football team, the Atlas Cubs, is set to transfer from French club Stade de Reims to Italian club ACF Fiorentina in a deal valued at €10 million.
The French club will retain 10% of any future capital gains from the transfer, according to sports journalist Romano.
The transfer is pending the completion of particular details, following which Richardson will undergo the necessary medical examinations.
The 22-year-old prodigy has reportedly garnered interest from several other clubs, including Ajax Amsterdam, Everton, and Leicester City, according to French media Ouest-France.
Last season, the player made 28 appearances for Stade de Reims, scoring three goals.
