Moroccan authorities recovered the bodies of two young children on Tuesday after they had drowned in the Oum Errabiâ river near Berrechid in central Morocco.
The Royal Gendarmerie from the Jemaa Oulad Abbou center in the Berrechid district, along with a representative of the local authorities, reviewed the scene.
According to local sources, the siblings drowned in a deep part of the river under suspicious circumstances, necessitating further investigation into the exact cause of the deaths.
