Moroccan Nadim Laghmouchi was eliminated on Thursday in the quarter-finals of the BMX Racing at the Paris-2024 Olympic Games.
The athlete finished 22nd in overall rankings, after the three-run series.
The Moroccan rider secured his participation in the Olympics after obtaining gold in the African BMX Championship (Elite category) in November 2023, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
Laghmouchi’s qualification for the Olympics was the first of its kind.
