British club West Ham United is in talks with German football club Bayern Munich to bring Moroccan international player Noussair Mezraoui to the Premier League the next season, Sky News Sport reported on Wednesday.
The German club demands at least 20 Mln euros including bonus payments for the right-back to let Mezraoui join the Hammers and his fellow teammate Nayef Aguerd at Morocco’s national team.
Technical Director Tim Steidten and Head Coach Julen Lopetegui want to sign Mezraoui. Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United is reportedly the best alternative.
Mezraoui is eager to move to the Premier League, but he rejects a loan agreement and demands a permanent transfer. As a result, only a sale or loan with an obligation to buy is being considered.
