Due to its “unique” combination of multilingual talent, modern infrastructure, and competitive costs, Morocco is emerging as “an oasis of opportunity” for the customer service industry, Spanish magazine “Parada Visual” reported on Monday.
In an article entitled “Oasis of Opportunities: Morocco as a Customer Service Hub,” the magazine wrote that “Morocco is a melting pot of cultures and languages.” Moroccans are fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish, and English which makes the country “an ideal destination for global companies.”
With Moroccan cities such as Casablanca and Rabat having undergone “rapid development in infrastructure and technology,” the magazine wrote, “modern call centers, high-speed internet access, and efficient management systems are the fundamentals that allow Morocco to offer quality service.”
Competition among companies intensifies when they discover the advantages of Morocco, asserted the article. Advantages include continuous training of agents, collaboration with universities, and financial incentive programs, all effective strategies to overcome challenges.
