Morocco’s Royal Air Force (FRA) participated in the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT), an internationally renowned air show, held annually from July 19 to 21 at Britain’s Fairford Air Force Base located in the west of England.
The FRA made a distinctive contribution with a display of two F-16s (F-16C and F-16D), commemorating the 50th anniversary of this aircraft type. AC-130H military aircraft from the FRA provided logistical support for the deployment of the jets.
Major General Mohammed Gadih, FRA Inspector, participated in both the Airshow event and the Global Air & Space Chiefs’ Conference (GASCC). He met with his counterparts from friendly and allied countries, as well as with leaders in the aeronautics industry.
Held every July, the GASCC brings together top professionals from aviation, aerospace, and technology, along with international academics. The conference addresses strategic challenges facing Air Forces through keynotes, presentations, and diverse expert panels, annually attracting 550 senior military and business leaders, including over 60 Air and Space Force chiefs.
The three-day event featured the participation of over 250 aircraft, along with exhibitions and discussions that assembled some of the most prominent figures in the aviation sector.
