Morocco has officially launched a new online certification and learning portal with the support of the American IT giant Oracle, Spanish News outlet Atalayar reported.
The platform will provide Moroccan university students and educators with essential digital skills through free access to courses and educational tools.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation and Administrative Reform in Morocco spearheaded the launch of the online certification and learning portal. Oracle manages the portal and provides certifications and professional resources to enhance digital skills and talents in Morocco.
The platform offers foundational training on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), artificial intelligence (AI), DevOps, APEX code development, and database core services.
It also covers end-to-end business processes for Oracle Cloud HCM, SCM, ERP, and CX solutions, along with Java SE for secure application development. Platform resources facilitate professional certification across various technological domains, leveraging Oracle’s expertise.
The platform aligns with the National Plan for Accelerating the Transformation of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Ecosystems by 2030 (PACTE ESRI 2030), designed to accelerate transformation within Morocco’s higher education, research, and innovation ecosystems.
The project also supports the establishment and implementation of Code 212 centers in Moroccan universities. Its primary goal is to enhance digital skills and talents by providing Moroccan university students and educators with essential digital competencies through free access to courses and educational tools.
