The Provincial Judicial Police Department in Tangier opened an investigation on Saturday into the circumstances surrounding the corpse of a man found buried in the wall of his home located in Tanja Balia (north of Morocco), according to a security source.
The body was discovered by accident during a preliminary investigation involving the man’s wife and four children, after their arrest for possession and trafficking of drug and psychotropic substance.
Police investigations revealed that the family members buried the body.
The man was missing for six years as he disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
The decomposed body was transferred to the morgue for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The judicial investigation into the spouse and her children is conducted under the supervision of the public prosecutor’s office.
