The 19th edition of Moroccan Real Estate Show of Paris “SMAP Immo,” which opened on Friday, came to a close on Sunday at the “Parc des Expositions de Paris Porte de Versailles,” brought together well over 40,000 visitors.
SMAP Immo Paris is the largest Moroccan real estate show abroad, with an undeniable reputation and influence.
The fair saw the participation of Morocco’s leading real estate developers, who came to present a rich and diversified offering through hundreds of projects in over 60 Moroccan cities.
Thanks to the diversity and richness of the event, both in terms of the real estate on offer and the programming that contributes to reinforcing the image of Morocco and its art of living, SMAP Immo has become one of the most eagerly awaited events for Moroccans from all over the world, as well as for Europeans from France and other neighboring countries.
The massive turnout at this year’s iteration reflects the desire of Moroccans around the world–including the younger generation–to invest in their home country, as well as the real potential of France as a promising and key market for real estate investment in Morocco.
The organizers of the SMAP Group report that many visitors came to the SMAP show in Paris to buy property in their home country.
Among the more than 45 exhibitors present in Paris for this 19th edition of SMAP Immo–which showcased both private and public companies–many expressed their satisfaction with the number of visitors to their stands and the number of transactions completed. Furthermore, exhibitors emphasized that visitor demand was strong across all segments, particularly for luxury products and beach resorts, as well as for land and housing estates.
Through this educational approach, SMAP Immo confirms its ongoing commitment to raising the awareness of visitors–in particular potential future buyers–by informing them and providing them with relevant advice for better support in their future transactions.
Finally, the SMAP group announced that it plans to organize its 2025 exhibition with two new editions–Montreal and New York–in addition to those in Brussels and Paris.
