Anbessie Yitbarek, Vice President of airline company Boeing, praised the longstanding partnership between the American aerospace manufacturer and Morocco during the “Invest in Morocco” flagship event at the 16th USA-Africa Business Summit, in Dallas (USA), on Tuesday.
“The partnership between Boeing and Morocco spans several decades. We take pride in our collaboration with the Kingdom, a reliable partner,” Yitbarek told Moroccan News Agency (MAP).
Yitbarek, who oversees commercial sales for the American corporation, stated that Morocco and Boeing have established a vibrant ecosystem in a highly structured and capital-intensive business requiring skilled labor.
He went on to say that Morocco stands out for its “attractive business environment”, including investment incentives and a highly qualified workforce.
A Moroccan high-caliber delegation, led by Minister Delegate for Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies Mohcine Jazouli, attended the Dallas Summit, held from May 6-9. The event debuts an international roadshow in the United States intended to promote Morocco as a top-of-mind destination for international investments.
