The Spanish group Hotusa, operating through its hotel chain Eurostars Hotel Company, announced its international expansion strategy in the North African market, touting three new hotels to be built in Morocco’s economic capital, Casablanca, according to a press release, on Tuesday.
Eurostars Casa Anfa hotel is spearheading the expansion strategy, with its doors scheduled to open in Casablanca’s burgeoning Anfa district this autumn, according to the statement.
The second hotel, Eurostars Californie, is set to debut by late 2024, followed by Exe Zerktouni in mid-2025.
With a total of 251 rooms across these three premises strategically located in the key areas of Casablanca, Hotusa intends to expand its foreign presence by making the kingdom of Morocco its 20th country of company operations.
”The upcoming openings in Casablanca are the first phase of our growth plans in North Africa, one of the chain’s main areas of interest worldwide, along with Western Europe, the United States, and Latin America,” the Chairman of Hotusa group, Amancio López stated.
