The National Police (DGSN) announced the highly-anticipated 5th edition of its Open Days, scheduled to run from May 17-21 in Agadir under the banner of “National Police: Citizenship, Responsibility, and Solidarity,” as a celebration of the security institution’s creation which coincides with May 16 of every year, DGSN announced in a press release.
After the resounding success of past editions, particularly the last one which broke all attendance records with 1.15 million visitors, this year’s event is also expected to educate citizens about the different divisions comprising the police unit within the Kingdom, as well as the various missions entrusted to law-enforcement officers and security units.
The event promises to feature professional performances and shows for visitors, scientific conferences, and special exhibits for children. The role of modern technology as it relates to cutting-edge police services will also be highlighted at the annual rendezvous.
The event is free to the public and offers a unique occasion to explore the Moroccan security apparatus and gain a deeper understanding of its mission.
