Morocco’s Investment Minister Prepares Public Relations Campaign Touting Kingdom’s Marketability in U.S.

Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Mohcine Jazouli, held a meeting with the United States Ambassador to Morocco, Puneet Talwar, as part of preparations for a promotional campaign organized by the Ministry and the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export (AMDIE) in the United States, according to a press release.

Scheduled for May, this roadshow follows another planned in Munich, Germany on April 24. The statement did not disclose the exact time and the states to be visited for the tour.

According to the Investment Department, this promotional exhibition intends to showcase Morocco as a top investment destination for American companies, particularly in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, agri-food, renewable energies, and digitalization.

Discussions between the two officials also focused on mechanisms by which to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries, particularly with respect to direct investments.
