The Kingdom of Morocco will celebrate Eid Al Fitr (marking the end of Ramadan) on Wednesday, April 10, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced in a statement.
The moon-sighting committee confirmed that the crescent moon was spotted on Tuesday after the prayer of Al-Maghrib, therefore, the first day of Shawwal (hegira year 1445) will fall on Wednesday, according to the ministry.
The celebration will be observed by all Muslims worldwide tomorrow, as per announcements from various Arab and European countries.
