The French company ELSAN recently announced its departure from Morocco by selling its clinics to CIM Santé. CIM Santé, known for its experience in the field, is expanding its network with these new acquisitions, increasing its bed capacity from 620 to 1,200 beds.
Among the acquisitions are clinics belonging to the French giant ELSAN Maroc, including the Ville Verte Clinic in Bouskoura (Casablanca), the Oliviers Clinic in Settat, and the Al Farabi Clinic in Casablanca. CIM Santé now oversees the Private University Hospital of Marrakech, formerly known as the Private Hospital of Marrakech, which was the first hospital of the Saham Group to cease clinical activities.
CIM Santé is diversifying its range of advanced medical and surgical specialties, which now include complex interventional cardiology, adult cardiac surgery, pediatric cardiac surgery for congenital malformations, interventional gastrology (echo-endoscopy), neurosurgery, thrombectomy for stroke treatment, and cutting-edge non-invasive prosthetic surgery for the shoulder, knee, and hip.
In 2024, the group introduced Morocco’s first assisted surgical robot, marking a significant milestone in the country’s medical field.
This expansion of services enhances the group’s capacity to deliver a comprehensive and high-quality medical experience for patients, demonstrating its dedication to quality healthcare and its role in advancing the healthcare sector in Morocco and Africa overall.
