Morocco’s national football team coach Walid Regragui unveiled the roster on Wednesday of the 24 players in the lineup for the upcoming two friendly matches at the end of March. Among them is Real Madrid star Brahim Diaz.
Diaz, aged 24, will make his debut for the Atlas Lions in the friendly matches set to take place at the Grand Stadium of Agadir. The team will face the Angolan squad on March 22 and the Mauritanian team four days later.
Regragui’s selection also includes Real Madrid’s star, Youssef Lekhedim (18 years old), who earned his first call-up to the Moroccan U20 team in September.
Villareal’s Ilias Akhomach, a player with experience in the Moroccan Olympic team, AS Monaco’s Eliesse Ben Seghir, and Al-Ain’s Soufiane Rahimi are also on the list.
