A prominent global leader in the customer service sector Foundever, (formerly Sitel), expanded its presence in Morocco with a new facility in Tangier.
Foundever had previously established successful operations in Casablanca, Rabat, and Fes.

The rapid growth of the Foundever group in Morocco is accompanied by significant investments aimed at equipping the new Tangier center with the latest technologies and infrastructure necessary to meet the needs of its clients and employees, particularly in terms of security and data protection.
Foundever plans to employ more than 200 staff at its new site in Tangier initially, and 500 in the medium term. The new members will receive specialized training to provide customer service in the Spanish language, thereby reinforcing Foundever’s position as a leading multilingual service provider.
