TELUS International officially opened its new office in Casablanca on Tuesday, showcasing its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the digital customer experience realm.
The company designs, constructs and delivers next-generation solutions, including artificial intelligence (AI) and content moderation, for global and disruptive brands.
The new TELUS International site in Casablanca features uniquely environment-friendly construction methods that meet certification requirements. These certifications include the following labels: High Quality Environmental (HQE), Low Carbon Building (BBCA), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and OsmoZ, which pertains to environmental health, work-life balance, communication, social connection, functionalities, and collaborative approaches.
Spanning 2,000 square meters of solar panels, the building generates more energy than it consumes, setting a sustainable construction example.
Ghita Mezzour, Minister Delegate in Charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform in Morocco, and Isabelle Valois, Ambassador of Canada, attended the inauguration ceremony.
TELUS International’s President and CEO, Jeff Puritt, reiterated Morocco’s strategic significance to the company’s growth. “Morocco, with its exceptional talent pool and advantageous geographical location, plays a key role in our growth and diversification of capabilities in delivering AI data solutions, multilingual customer support, and trust and security services.”
