Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance recently concluded its expo of international nongovernmental organization Jusoor (“bridges”) in Morocco, which was held in collaboration with Morocco’s Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
The exhibition, which commenced on December 13, attracted more than 90,000 visitors.
Attendees learned about Morocco’s initiatives to support pilgrims to the two holy mosques in Saudi Arabia, as well as its efforts to preserve and uphold the doctrinal teachings of the Holy Quran and to support Muslims worldwide.
Visitors also took virtual tours of the Grand Mosque in Makkah using VR technology and explored rare Islamic manuscripts and literature.
