A Rabat appeals court sentenced the former Moroccan ambassador to Budapest to 8 years in prison and fined him 100,000 MAD on Monday for human trafficking.
The arrested was caught taking photographs of prostitutes with whom he was engaging in debaucherous activities, and saving the photos on his phone.
The former ambassador was sued while in custody at the Al Arjat 2 prison in April for human trafficking, sexual harassment, bribery, and failure to report a felony.
