Morocco voiced full solidarity with the sister nation of Libya following the subtropical storm that ravaged some regions and claimed human lives and substantial damage, as per a statement by the foreign affairs ministry on Monday.
The Libyan government had issued a red code alert for Mediterranean Storm “Daniel” which wreaked havoc in Libya on Sunday, leaving extensive flooding and wreckage.
The Kingdom of Morocco extended its condolences and sympathy to the Libyan people and bereaved families, and wished the injured a swift recovery.
