Twenty four passengers died on Sunday in a road accident near Demnate town (Azilal province – central Morocco), local authorities reported.
The victims were boarding a minibus headed to the town’s weekly market when the vehicle overturned and crashed into a ravine in the hazardous mountainous route. No one survived the accident.
Civil defense moved instantly to the site and a probe was initiated into the causes of this tragedy.
