Blinken extended genuine wishes and congratulations to King Mohammed VI and the people of Morocco on the occasion of Throne Day and the 24th anniversary of his Majesty’s ascension, said a press release issued by the U.S. Department of State.
Per the same source, Blinken praised King Mohammed VI for improving regional prosperity and security, and highlighted his strong and longstanding presence as a cornerstone of peace and stability in the region.
