Australian company “Battery Age Minerals” advised, Monday, of the encouraging assay results it received from surface samples collected at its 85% Tidili Copper Project in Morocco.
The company said in a press release that six samples have demonstrated the presence of high-grade copper mineralization of up to 2.11% Cu at the surface. Copper mineralization is associated with anomalous silver, lead, and cadmium.
Battery Age Minerals said it initiated a surface sample campaign in order to thoroughly investigate the Tidili Copper Project alongside its Falcon Lake Lithium Project in Canada and Bleiberg Zinc-Lead-Germanium Project in Austria.
The Company is encouraged by these up-and-coming findings and will be taking proactive steps to further investigate and delineate the mineralization at the Tidili Project.
The company is also planning a more extensive field campaign, scheduled to be carried out later this year or early next year, as this future work campaign will include systematic rock chip sampling and mapping of the mineralized corridors for a better appreciation of lateral continuity, strike variation and geometry of mineralized faults. A hand-held diamond core drilling campaign is being considered for the testing of mineralisation below surface, grade, and geometry.
