More than 1,000 Israeli Air Force reserve forces threatened, Friday, to stop showing up for duty if the Knesset passes the bill next week on the judiciary overhaul, reported media outlets.
1,142 reservists, including hundreds of pilots, signed the declaration of objection to the unpopular judicial amendments.
Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir tweeted that this refusal to serve is dangerous for the country.
The reform bill significantly limits the powers of the Supreme Court and gives the political majority coalition the power to appoint judges.
